It took her almost two years to sell her NY house and it became possible only after she reduced the price by $2 million. Britney bought this four-level, 4,400sq-ft Manhattan apartment in the NoHo for $3 million in 2002. It was up for sale since 2004 and Britney was seeking $6 million earlier but it only grabbed $4 million.
The eight-bedroom apartment was owned by Rolling Stones member Keith Richards and hip-hop entrepreneur Russell Simmons previously.
Britney was spotted with her nanny again, hope Kevin doesn’t have much problems.
