Britney Spears is out again and like always making waves. Not because of her style or any rocking performance but because of a stained dress. And also she is still showing those straps of her and you know that is the fashion faux pas for this season. However, her hair looks okay, but on a whole she will get only two out of ten. And look she squirts too.
