Britney was ordered by LA court to undergo mandatory testing but ex-hubby K-Fed claims that she has ignored eight out of the 14 random tests.
The couple is due back in court on Wednesday to discuss their ongoing custody battle over sons Sean Preston, 2, and one- year- old Jayden James.
So, Brit’s plan to escape Hollywood doesn’t come as a surprise to us! An insider says, ‘She apparently wants to start over in NYC. Britney and her manager recently looked at a couple of places a few weeks ago.’
