Chris Brown is sued yet again! This time the problem is not with his girlfriend but with a photographer. The paparazzi claims that Brown was involved in a violent incident in march, when he was trying to take a photograph of him playing with his friends. According to man, he was escaping when Chris’s bodyguards shouted at him but was stopped by an employee of the LA Fitness Club. It was then when he fell on the staircase and Brown’s bodyguards physically assaulted him.
Bad times for Chris, as he keeps on getting himself into one or the other trouble. The man is now suing Chris and LA Fitness for assault and battery, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence and premises liability. Well now lets see what happens next to the happening R&B singer.
