Where many people were left disheartened by the California’s High court verdict of not legalizing the same sex marriage anymore, the already married couples, Ellen DeGeneres and George Takei took a sigh of relief . The court announced that the couples who got together in the months when the same- sex marriage law was passed, will remain legally married. Ellen, who wed De Rossi in August 08, said that the day, when everyone will be treated with full equality, we’ll look back and realize how wrong this is.
Well, we live in a free world and have our rights to choose what is good for us. The gay leaders are planning to take their fight to the federal courts and hoping they will get justice there.
