While shooting his upcoming flick, Bruno actor Sacha Baron Cohen played a prank that turned out to be an expensive deal to him.
The actor is being sued by a Canadian woman, Richelle Olson, who says that while filming for Bruno, the actor had an encounter with Olson at a Palmdale bingo hall.
She claims that she suffered brain bleeding after struggling with the actor and his film crew and the incident has left her in a wheelchair.
According to the lawsuit, Cohen pushed her and she fell and then the cameramen surrounded her to film the whole prank. She said that she escaped from them but fainted and hit her head.
Using such a publicity stunt for promotion of film is really a bad idea. Sacha Baron, being a comedian, you must make people happy, but by this one you have surely made Richelle Olson and many more upset.
