It seems so. Cameron Diaz freely admits in the upcoming issue of Marie Claire that she has had a nose job at least four times. The actress also finds some of her other body parts need some changes.
It is really difficult to accept that a beauty like Cameron Diaz can be body-conscious, but according to her interview that is the case.
Cameron told that quite often she is stuck in some awkward moments when people give her “stink eye” forcing her to think that “What, am I horrific-looking?”
She further added that she would have loved a bigger butt and more meat on her bones. “I’d love to be more voluptuous,” she says.
However, she added that right now she is not interested in some plastic surgery but after reading what she says about her body, I really feel that she has some plans to try a butt job.
