And that is exactly what Ms. Diaz did when she stepped out in New York on Wednesday.
With her famed blonde locks tied up in a cute little pony tail, the classic beauty opted for a low key look which highlighted her radiant skin and chiseled features. Standing at the corner of a street waiting for a cab, the star has recently come under fire when she was quoted as saying that she believed that women enjoyed being looked at as sex objects and enjoyed the tag herself. The 40-year old former model also said that she found provocative photo shoots empowering and believed that her confidence in her own sexuality gives her the kind of self assurance that allows her to feel comfortable with what she is doing.
Diaz is all set to dazzle the big screen with her appearance in the latest Ridley Scott project The Counselor alongside Penelope Cruz, Michael Fassbender, Javier Bardem and Brad Pitt that is scheduled for a release in November 2013. The single star recently parted ways with Rachel Zoe, her long time celebrity stylist, and was recently seen endorsing British designers Rag and Bone by stepping out in their designs. She was seen wearing their coyote fur-trimmed Belfast wool coat and their Newbury ankle boots to ward off the New York chill.
