Not one or two, three couples who documented their wedding on MTV are no longer on good terms. Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey who appeared in MTV’s ‘Newlyweds: Nick & Jessica‘, separated in June this year. Former Beauty queen Shanna Moakler and Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, documented their marriage on ‘Meet the Barkers‘ and filed for divorce previously this week.
Next in the line is Carmen Electra who has filed for divorce from her husband rocker Dave Navarro. Irreconcilable differences are being blamed for the break up of the high-profile couple. Carmen’s rep Brit Reece issued a statement in July that both of them are agreeably separating and the court documents indicate split on July 18.
So another MTV celebrity couple landed up in a mess, its just a coincidence but now the couples from tinsel town will think twice before signing reality show deal with MTV.
