Cauliflower and mushrooms bouquet

However, in this rainy season, a spicy stuff suffices the five senses and am going to share with you a spicy cauliflower-mushroom vegetable curry.

Ingredients

Cauliflower Florets
Diced Potatoes
Canned Mushrooms
Chopped Tomato
Garlic paste
Dry Mango Powder
Turmeric Powder
Cumin Powder
Chili Powder
Cinnamon Powder
Nutmeg Powder
Cardamom Powder
Salt
Oil

Method

1. In oil fry garlic paste until brown.

2. Add all the spices and fry until the fat leaves the sides.

3. Add all the veggies, tomatoes and salt. Cover it with a lid and slow cook it.

4. Add water and cook until tender.

5. Garnish it with coriander leaves. serve it with rice.
