Who better to start with the King of the ring? We all have seen him in action and have no doubts about his wrestling skills. Even acting for that matter, he is seen in a couple of Hollywood flicks and has done well. Out of his love for Pasta, the wrestler got inspired to open a Pasta restaurant. He chose the Mall of America in Minnesota to open his restaurant and named it ‘Pastamania’. The business couldn’t actually turn into a mania, before they could celebrate the first anniversary they were literally out of business.

Yes, yes, you guessed that right, she is the younger sister of Paris Hilton. If somehow you never heard of her, you were probably too busy watching the tapes of the elder sis. Like Paris, she also inherited great deal of wealth, being the great-granddaughter of Conrad Hilton. The Hilton group is famous the world over, Nicky probably thought to earn a name for herself. In 2007, she planned to start a Hotel by the name Nicky-O Hotel in Florida. Dramatically, the project had to file for bankruptcy even before the construction commenced.

I was taken aback when I first heard this name in the failure list. Spielberg has given the world numerous quality movies, and there is no need to mention them as we have seen them. The list of awards to his name is probably the longestin the industry. He partnered with Jeffrey Katzenberg to open a restaurant, and believe me that was quite a spectacle.There was one in Las Vegas and the other one in Los Angeles. Named Dive the restaurants were actually submarines. Every half an hour, the restaurants stimulated a diving motion. Despite the glamour and the big names the business didn’t work.

She has succeeded in acting, singing and has mesmerized audiences by her dance performances. Riding the high tide she ventured into a restaurant business, it was named Madres. This Latin restaurant in Pasadena, California attracted a great deal of people initially. The change came when the quality of food and service fell it started remainingdeserted.Finally, in 2008 the Diva had to close the restaurant down.
May be they lacked the skill to operate them or the time they choose to venture into a business was not right. Whatever may be the reason, these failures are evidence that failure does not discriminate.
