Denise Richards won a restraining order against her soon to be ex husband, Charlie Sheen on April 21, after Denise alleged him of threatening her and her parents. On Wednesday, she agreed to extend the restraining order.
None of them was present in the Superior Court, when their lawyers agreed to the extension of the restraining order. Now it will stay in effect till 28 June. According to the order, Sheen has been asked to stay at least 300 yards away from Denise.
The couple, which is undergoing a bitter divorce proceeding has two daughters, Sam and Lola. Charlie is asking for a joint custody of kids whereas Denise wants a sole custody of both her daughters.
