After a long haul of bad publicity, rehabs, lawsuits and stints in jail Charlie Sheen is trying to turn a new leaf and this time around by being a responsible father to his twins, Charlie has moved court to grant him full custody, after Brooke Mueller relapsing and returning to continue her stint in rehab again. It isn???t just that, if Charlie Sheen gets full custody of his twins, he wants it granted that he stops paying Brooke Mueller $55,000 per month for child support.
As reported by TMZ, Charlie Sheen???s lawyer Mark Gross has sent Brooke Mueller the notice, wherein
he will ask the judge to strip Brooke of both legal and physical custody, on grounds she has relapsed and went back into rehab. And, if the judge does give Charlie full custody, Gross wants the judge to terminate Charlie’s obligation to pay Brooke $55,000 a month in child support — since she would no longer be incurring those expenses.
It is also learned that Brooke Mueller???s legal representatives are going to up the ante by asking for a psychological evaluation of Charlie Sheen to deem whether he is mentally fit and liable to take care of the twin children.
This case is going hammer and tongs, with both partners struggling hard to gain a foothold on their addictions, it is hard to choose sides. One thing does remain paramount, is Charlie Sheen moving for full custody of his children to plug the $55,000 leak from his bank account for child support?
