Brooke Mueller, ex wife of actor Charlie Sheen has recently been caught in action, pawning a stereo and watch at a California pawn shop. If you ask why, the answer is she needed the money for drugs. It has been sensed that Brooke has lately been slightly off the edge. She has been really agitated. E Online reports a source as saying it is because things are not exactly at its best between her and ex-husband Charlie Sheen.
Brooke Mueller has been to rehab earlier. It was reported that she was supposed to re-enter. First the marital issues, and now the custody battle over twin sons is causing more problems for this lady. Brooke Mueller was issued a court order for a drug test. It has been stated that the people who were going to perform her drug test were sent back by her lawyer Ron Rale, as Brooke refused to take the test. Mueller says she would not take the test until Sheen takes the test.
No one is sure if Brooke was present at home at the time the drug test was to be taken. Under her custody settlement agreement with Charlie Sheen, she was supposed to take that test. What is her denial going to cost her? A close source to Mueller states that she is doing just fine and that she is continuing with her rehab program as always.
No one knows what Charlie Sheen and his lawyer are going to about this kind of behavior. Charlie aims at issuing temporary custody of the boys in case Mueller ends up in rehab yet again. He shows his concern for Brooke, but the safety of his boys comes first. What next Brooke, your boys or rehab?
