Chris and Ingrid’s 15-year-long marriage suffered a setback when Chris confessed to having a lengthy affair with deputy head teacher Fiona McKechnie, who is a trustee of a charity he supports.
Ingrid will make the accusations when they meet for a court hearing next month and is hellbent on getting two thirds of the £35 million.
Chris Tarrant,60-year-old , has denied the allegations.
