Clash between MPs brought Lok Sabha into disrespect

The fight of Bihar is being practicing in the lok Sabha. The people’s representatives are making fun of the temple of democracy. Their personal interests are running high at the place where discussions for the topics of national interests do happen.

Two MPs from political rival parties in Bihar brought parliament into disrespect with their acts. As reported news sources, Sadhu Yadav, agitated by Singh’s comment on the rape accused, rushed towards the JD-U leader and took several swipes at him but thanks to quick intervention by other leaders, none of his punches landed on Singh.

The incident happened during discussion on a case involving the rape of six Dalit women in Bihar allegedly by a rich upper caste landlord.

According to the complaint, on August 6 in Bihar’s Lakhimpurserai’s Rammanagr-Gopalpur village the local landlord, accompanied by his henchmen, forcibly entered the houses They raped the woman and told the Dusha community members that this is the punishment for voting against the upper cast candidate in the panchayat election.

This incident rocked Lok Sabha and fight erupted between two leaders after blaming each other that the accused is their men.

However, Chief Minister of Bihar, Nitish Kumar has criticized RJD leaders politicizing the issue. He said that he has personally intervened in the incident and necessary action has been taken.

Whatever happened has happened and brought Parliament to disrespect by its own members. This was a shameful act. According to Communist Party of India MP Gurudas Dasgupta, this incident has brought the prestige of the house to the rock bottom. All the leaders of different Political parties should sit together to set a standard of behaviour in the house.
