Saturday dinner cannot start with my senses smelling some meat. Well this time it is meat in the crab shells. Let us see what we can do with it:
Ingredients
Crabmeat
Boiled Pasta
Sliced Green Beans
Crushed Garlic
Chopped Jalapeno Pepper
Chopped Shallots
Basil Paste
Cilantro Paste
Allspice Powder
Olive Oil
Black Pepper
Salt
Method
1. In a wok heat oil and fry shallots and garlic until brown.
2. To this add jalapeno pepper, green beans and crabmeat.
3. Fry for 10 minutes and then add all-spice powder, basil paste and cilantro paste.
4. Add noodles and toss-up all the ingredients thoroughly.
5. Season it with salt and black pepper. Stir well and serve hot.
