With dad???s control over Britney bearing positive fruits, the signs point towards a possible extension of the conservatorship posed over the singer. A commissioner is set to consider extending Jamie Spears??? temporary control over Brit???s estate and person in a Thursday afternoon hearing where the 26-year old mother of two will be represented by attorney Samuel Ingham.

Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz, who had earlier granted Jamie and Andrew Wallet temporary co-conservators of Britney???s person and $100 million assets, is reportedly said to be leaning favorably towards the conservators with the view of the singer???s safety and well-being.

A legal insider was quoted saying:

She???s getting proper medical care and has professional security. The chaos has been removed from the situation.

The conservators had in the earlier hearing been given the right to get bodyguards to control the manic singer and restrict visitors from seeing her. Since then Britney has been seen to have been much calmer especially since she had to spend most of her time in a virtual house-arrest at her Summit house. Apparently the singer spends most of days texting friends from inside the house telling them that she???s bored.

Although she had recently been spotted shopping with he sister and mom, the singer has also been reported to be getting back to her dance routine with regular practice sessions at the Millennium Dance Complex.
