Footballer David Beckham and Supermodel Kate Moss are coming together for a noble cause. The two are all set to become the godparents of actress Davinia Taylor and sports agent Dave Gardner’s newborn baby son Grey. The 7lb boy was born at the private Portland Hospital in London on Monday. The hospital happens to be the same place where Posh gave birth to her two sons Brooklyn and Romeo.
A source was quoted saying,
Davinia and Dave knew as soon as Davinia was pregnant who they wanted for godparents. Davinia could hardly stop smiling when Dave and Kate agreed.
The soccer men have been together since Beckham’s Manchester united days. Both, Kate and Dave were delighted to accept the proposal of becoming the moral guardians of the celebrity offspring. The above source added,
Kate was desperate to see Davinia and her godson and is absolutely delighted about being a godmother.
An excited Kate has already visited the new mother with her model pal Rose Ferguson.
