Demi Lovato, the chirpy actress, singer and musician, has made a candid confession about her eating disorder. ???It???s a life-long disease,??? admits the Disney star whose battle with this demon had made her cancel her international concert with the Jones Brothers last November and take refuge in a rehab treatment facility for three months. She said that she will have to live with this disorder for the rest of her life and wished that young girls find their ???safe place??? and not fall prey.

There have been times when I definitely have been tempted to get rid of my dinner. But I will deal with it for the rest of my life because it???s a life-long disease.
