It seems medical practices are turning life threatening for Hollywood celebrities. First, it was Kanye West’s mother who passed away supposedly due to post surgery complications and now it is Dennis Quaid and wife Kimberly Buffington whose newborn twin babies are in hospital’s intensive care as they were accidentally administered overdose (1,000 times) of anti-coagulant heparin.
The twins, son Thomas Boone and daughter Zoe Grace, were born on November 8, 2007 via surrogate mother.
Two week old babies are now in stable condition and recovering in the neo-natal intensive care unit at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
The hospital authorities and Los Angeles health authorities, both have ordered for investigations in the case.
Dennis has starred in films like ‘Savior’ and ‘American Dreamz’. He was earlier wedded to P.J Soles and Meg Rayan with both marriages ending in divorce. Dennis tied nuptials with Kimberlay in 2004.
