Now its Federline’s turn to reciprocate to his wife Britney Spears. Federline even went one step ahead by filing his own divorce papers on Wednesday in Los Angeles. Federline’s attorney Mark Kaplan filed the rapper’s response.
According to the documents, Federline is seeking for legal and physical custody of the, both children, Sean Preston and Jayden James. He also seeks to award visitation rights to Spears. On the other hand Spears in her petition asked the authorities for the sole for the custody of the couple’s two children.
Federline even wants spousal support. According to Fox News legal analysts, the couple’s pre-nup reportedly carried increased payouts to Federline for every year of their marriage.
Federline is now enjoying his new single status as a free man. He declared his new status at Chicago’s House of Blues Wednesday night. On stage, Federline said,

It is also rumored that Federline learned of his marriage break-up through a text message when he was filming a reality TV show for the Much Music channel in Toronto, Canada.
Spears’ declaration that she and Federline had no community assets show the pair had a prenuptial agreement and don’t want to disclose their divorce settlement, divorce lawyer Leon Bennett told The Associated Press.
