Seems as if Babyshambles front man doesn’t value relationships.
Pete Doherty has admitted that he can not survive without crack and smokes everyday. Despite vowing to abandon his cocaine habit for supermodel girlfriend Kate Moss, the rocker has unashamedly flaunted his substance abuse.
In an interview with the New York Daily News newspaper, smoking a crack pipe Pete said,
I always stumble back on it sooner or later, even if it’s for half an hour a day.
Pete’s drug addiction has been a cause of constant friction between him and the catwalk queen Kate, 32 – who is currently doing a modeling assignment in the Caribbean. This December when Pete was hauled to court for drugs related offences his supermodel girlfriend warned him with an ultimatum, ‘It’s me or the drugs’.
The two have been engaged for quite sometime, but Kate has refused to commit to the nuptial till he doesn’t kick his drug addiction.
Once Pete even confessed to selling his body to feed his drugs habit. He said,
There was no shame, because I kind of knew they were just lonely pissed-up old queens. And £20 was a lot of money!
