After the arrest of Jessica Sierra, American Idol on December 1, there was news of her erratic behaviour in the police station. TMZ has acquired a video of close observation and in that footage she is seen yelling at the police officers, walking barefoot and vomiting at the floor. Just a few weeks ago, to an interview with ABC Action News in Tempa, Fla., Jessica Sierra said that she had not used drugs for weeks and was seeing a psychiatrist.
She also said that she was going to rehab for three times a week. She said that she was aware of her bad actions and even was ready to bear the consequences. Jessica wanted her fans to know her as she was and risen from the demons. She is hopeful about that and there was a request in her tone.
This interview was held before December 1 when she got arrested after her confrontation with police and onlookers when she was drunk. She also resisted her arrest at that time and she was charged with all these allegations.
On November 19, Sierra was sentenced to 12 months probation and random drug screening. On December 1, when she was arrested, she even tried to flee and disobeyed the orders. She was supposed to complete the drug rehabilitation program and was arrested from a bar that night.
