The GRINDSTED PECTIN SF 630 EXTRA is also uniform in texture and has stability at higher soluble solid levels.
GRINDSTED PECTIN SF 339 EXTRA is a smooth and creamy fruit spread containing whole fruit pieces. This spread has high tolerance to calcium levels and filling temperatures.
GRINDSTED PECTIN SF 369 EXTRA is rich with fruits and highly spreadable. This pectin level enables gelling up of profile curves and giving it a smooth texture.
