Hilary Duff is tired of being criticized by NY Times movie critic Stephen Holden again and again. He makes it a point that he singles out Duff’s performance in her every movie. He never forgets to slash her teen comedies. Hilary got really pissed off with this and finally told to Elle magazine that she doesn’t make movies for NY Times readers.
She said that he doesn’t fits into the demographic and she could really care less. Hilary said that may be he wants her to take up super adult roles where she will have no place to grow. She doesn’t wanna disappoint her fans by doing so.
Her side of story sounds quite convincing but I don’t think she has to worry about her fans as only teenaged girls like her doing those funny things.
