Denise Richards has still not finalized her divorce from her estranged husband Charlie Sheen, however, she appears to be getting serious with the new man Richie Sambora.
She was spotted wearing a sparkling ring while attending the Fashion Rocks concert, with Richie Sambora in New York recently.
It is rumored that the duo are planning to marry in Positano, Italy, in May 2007.
A source was quoted saying “They were on their way to the Staples Center (in Los Angeles when Richie proposed)… He got down on one knee in the back of the limo.”
The couple are said to have celebrated with close friends at the Palm Restaurant, West Hollywood. The source added: ‘Richie is a very traditional guy. He wants to wait until they are both officially divorced. Then they can make the engagement real.’
