The famous FRIENDS actress has done it yet again. In 2006, Jennifer Aniston purchased her new house in Beverly Hills for $13.5 million, which in 2011, has been put up for sale for a whopping $42 million dollars. Moving into the house on her 40th b???day, she has decided to sell the house now, for the simple reason of decluttering her life. Available for all those potential buyers, the house would not be placed on the open market. The actress would be moving to New York, once the sale of the house goes through.

Contactmusic reports,

JENNIFER ANISTON is hoping to celebrate her 42nd year with a $42 million (GBP28 million) windfall – that’s the price she has placed on her sprawling Beverly Hills home.
The mansion will not be officially listed and only real potential buyers will have access to the grounds to view the property.

Aniston bought the estate in 2006 for $13.5 million (GBP9 million), and then spent over two years renovating it. She moved in just before her 40th birthday in 2009, according to People.com.
She tells the magazine she felt the need to sell her dream house after having an epiphany while on a recent trip to London.

Putting her Beverly Hills ???home??? on sale for $42 million dollars has certainly not clamped her big mouth. Changing lovers and houses seem to be the only thing keeping her on her toes these days. I agree maybe today???s forty is the new twenty, but that is not applicable in every situation. Titling it as a celebration of her 42nd birthday, she claims that it no longer feels like a home for her.

Stating the need to declutter and simplify her life, she has taken this step. Though, with the kind of failed relationships, I really don???t understand what she wants to get rid of, her material possessions or the useless men in her life.

Let???s hope, her next penthouse in New York does not give her the feeling to declutter and move on again. After all, you can run away from houses, but not memories.
