Dark Skies actress, Jeri Ryan and chef hubby Christophe Eme will become proud parents of a baby girl in March 2008. The actress,39, had disclosed her pregnancy two months back is now confirmed carrying a baby girl.
The couple ‘thrilled’ on news was wedded in the Loire Valley, France on June 16, 2007.
Embracing motherhood is not something new for Jeri as she has 12-year-old son, Alex from her first marriage with Jack Ryan. But still the news has brought the same excitement and made her feel good as she said,
I feel really good. I’ve had it very easy so far. I’ve only had four days when I didn’t feel great. It’s been a wonderful pregnancy.
The couple has already begun to look for a French name for their daughter. Opting for a French name for the daughter, Jeri further said,
We want a French name that sounds good to an American ear, and vice versa. It’s not easy, but we definitely want to give her a French name.
Way back in 2005 Jeri and Eme opened a French restaurant, ‘Ortolan’ in collaboration, in Los Angeles, California.
Currently Jeri stars as Jessica Devlin in James Woods’s legal drama titled Shark on CBS.
