Ramp Queen, Kate Moss has been short listed to compete for the ‘Celebrity Mum of the Year‘ title with other acclaimed Celeb Mothers. Last year’s winner Kerry Katona is not even nominated and serial nominee Victoria Beckham couldn’t make it to the list this time.
