Katie Holmes ran 26.2 miles of the New York City Marathon on Sunday, 4th Nov. ’07. It was a tiring day for her but she met with her hubby, Tom Cruise and daughter, Suri on the way and got a kiss from her hubby, when she had almost finished the run. Her number was F127, was wearing a purple tank top and a dark FDNY baseball cap.
Again, when she had a little more to cover, Tom came to her at 1st Avenue and 96th street, and it was caught by the news reporters that Katie got a marathon kiss from her famous husband as a prize for the marathon race.
After finishing the race, Katie gave Tom and her daughter a big hug and kiss too. When asked about how she felt, she could only say that she was exhausted Her parents and Tom’s mother were also seen to greet her, when she reached the finish line.
Katie’s fans could not site her while running that long way. Tom told people that Katie had been practicing for three months. Tom was also seen running after his daughter, inside the banquet tent set up in Central Park, and the famous father felt Suri to be a runner too. Katie felt that on the whole, the marathon was very challenging.
