Whale Rider Oscar nominee Keisha Castle-Hughes and her beau, Bradley Hull, have become the proud parents of a healthy baby girl.

The teenaged mother gave birth to daughter Felicity-Amore, on Wednesday at 6:35 p.m. who weighed 7 lb., 6 oz. Her publicist Gail Cowan said that the baby was ‘beautiful.’

Castle-Hughes, 17, and beau Hull, 20, have been dating for the last three years and are based in New Zealand.

The Australia-born actress first time hit the screen playing the fiery Paikea in 2002’s Whale Rider for which, the then 13 year old became the youngest Best Actress Oscar nominee in Hollywood history. After this she played the Queen of Naboo in 2005’s Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith and Mary in last year’s The Nativity Story.

The last month, she was made to feel guilty about her pregnancy, spoiling what should have been a celebratory time.
