As Britney was leaving rehab for the second time in a week, her estranged hubby was making plans to go to court amid a custody dispute over their two children.
Allan Parachin, a spokesman for the Superior Court revealed that Kevin Federline and his lawyer were scheduled to appear at a downtown courthouse Thursday for an emergency hearing in family law court. He said,
Our best information is he will be here; she won’t. But anything is possible.
Kevin is asking for ‘spousal support’ in addition to custody of the two kids, Jayden James, five months, and Sean Preston, seventeen months. The divorce battle between the two started last November, after Spears sought to end their two-year marriage.
A temporary court order issued Feb. 1 granted the couple joint custody until the end of this month.
Gosh! I really pity those poor kids. I am wonder who takes care of them as Britney is always out getting drunk, partying hard, shaving her head, popping in and out of rehab.
I don’t care whosoever gets the custody but right now these kids really need at least one of the parents with them.
