Liz Hurley outplays paparazzi

liz arun 2263Elizabeth Hurley and Arun Nayar, the newly wed couple, will definitely haunt the memories of paparazzi for duping them and making them wait in the bushes around ‘Sudeley castle’.

The newly wed couple definitely outplayed the paparazzi waiting in the bushes around Sudeley Castle, in Gloucestershire, for a service on Saturday night, by preponing the wedding by one day, and picked up an exclusive £1,000,000 deal for their wedding photographs with Hello! magazine.
The 41-year-old model/actress and her groom, 42-year-old Arun Nayar, the half-Indian, half-German son of a textile millionaire, paid £250 for a superintendent registrar and her assistant to conduct a secret ceremony inside the castle on Friday.

Guests such as singer Elton John, models Kate Moss and Elle Macpherson, and Prince Pavlos of Greece were invited sans cameras to a religious celebration of the marriage at a chapel in the castle grounds on Saturday night. A celebration reminiscent of the medieval era awaited the guests, accompanied by 200 bottles of vintage champagne.

The venue of the wedding celebration, Sudeley Castle, was once dubbed as the handsomest habitation in all England, by the 17th-century historian Thomas Fuller. It is another story that Liz got it free of cost, courtesy it’s owner and Hurley’s close friend Henry Dent-Brocklehurst, who wanted to repay the actress for letting him in her Los Angeles flat for two months during his struggle period. Henry incidentally is the godfather of her four-year-old son, Damian.

So the paparazzi can heal the wound while the couple gets ready to leave for India for the second part of their wedding celebrations- a traditional Hindu ceremony in the palace of Jodhpur’s Maharajah Gaj Singh on Friday.
