Sun fashion editor Erica Davies explains, ‘When Marchesa got the seal of approval from LA uber-stylist Rachael Zoe, it meant they had become one of fashion’s most hip labels. The designs are feminine, but have enough edge to make them knockout glam.’
Versatility is a key to the Marchesa look. From subtle peach gauze to sexy black satin, each dress makes it own statement.
Daring cutaways suit Mischa and her pals to a tee while the signature Empire-line dresses work wonders on slightly older stars, such as Felicity Huffman.
However if you want to get the gorgeous looks without splashing the designer cash, Karen Millen and Coast have good interpretations of the shorter styles.
