Moral Ethics is a fluid concept

People who stay in glass houses should not throw stones.

This saying holds good even today, and god knows my house is made of glass, but I seek answers to questions that baffle me.

What are morals and who is its custodian?
Is it the politician who belittles a woman’s profession of an item girl because he thinks it a-moral?

Is it a shameful act to have a live-in relationship; because if no then why do I find it difficult to picture either of my kids heading for this option when they grow old? Bips hit the nail on the head when she tells Ranbir…that he never married her becoz she had already slept with him! Indian men!!

Why are there so many dos and don’t set up in our society and why are the rules different for men and women?
My son can live alone but god forbid if my daughter dreams it!

We want to empower our children with the best of knowledge but we curtail their aspirations and desires for the fear of losing them.
The bird will fly the nest; it is a fact that we have to deal with.

Amongst all our restrictions, I feel we have forgotten to teach our children the most basic act of morality….respecting human life.
We kill for religion, money, sex, lust or fear and such horrendous acts are not labeled A-moral!

Aren’t we a quirky lot who twist simple words to suit our convenience!

We all lack morals
