Exceptionally talented dancer Derek Hough has injured his neck while rehearsing a dance step with sister Julianne and dancer Mark Ballas for ABC???s show, ???Dancing With the Stars???. Following the injury the neck???braced dancer was immediately rushed to hospital for tests and medication.
Luckily, the tests showed no sign of severe injury, however the ???strained neck??? restricted the 22-year-old from performing on Tuesday???s elimination show.
It???s sad we didn???t see choreographer Derek dancing on Tuesday night, but it???s very hopeful that he will back with his moves for the results show.
Former world champion in Latin-American dance, Hough has appeared on season 5 of Dancing with the Stars. Currently paired with 34-year-old actress Shannon Elizabeth, Hough is competing season 6 of Dancing with the Stars.
