Joe Francis, the multimillionaire founder of the Girls Gone Wild realm is in trouble again. On Thursday, a federal judge ordered him to be sent to Nevada to appear for charges there after his present jail sentence in Florida will be over.

Francis is listed to be released from Bay County detention on Tuesday after going a 35-day prison term for contempt of court. The prosecutors in Florida want Francis to stay in custody for unsettled 2003 unlawful charges involving filming minors in sexual conditions on Panama City seaside.

But Federal Judge Larry Bodiford asked Francis to face federal tax dodging charges in Reno. Joe Grammer, a spokesperson for Florida State Attorney Steve Meadows hinted that his state would plea against Bodiford’s ruling to U.S. District Judge Richard Smoak to ensure Francis’ custody over a federal civil lawsuit relating him to the filming of underaged girls.

He said,

Our position is that there are outstanding warrants that remain. If the judge in Nevada says that he will be let out on bond, there is still an active warrant in Florida and that would keep him from being released.

Joe Francis, 34 also faces legal hitches in California where his trial is being awaited for violating federal laws to prevent the sexual abuse of minors. Francis owned Girls Gone Wild earns for him an estimated $29 million a year from videos of adolescent girls in sexually stimulating situations.
