Nicole Richie is a to-be-mom. And she wears her pregnancy as an honor badge. The Simple Life star was recently spotted in LA pizza parlour Maria’s Kitchen, prompted by indomitable pregnancy cravings.
The seven-months pregnant star, in her boho chic look, complete with flowing skirt, black vest, gladiator sandals and of course, her trademark oversized sunglasses, looked as gorgeous as she did when she was rail-thin preceding her pregnancy. In fact, candid opinions pointed out that she is looking much better with her full figure than she did previously. Many are hoping that she doesn’t go back to her original figure right after childbirth.
The grapevines confirm that Nicole’s family and friends, including heiress and Simple Life co-star Paris Hilton, threw her a baby shower of Wizard of Oz theme in Beverly Hills. Though Nicole chose to keep the sex of her soon-to-arrive bundle of joy a secret, rumors have it that it’s going to be a boy (the source of the rumor being some of the gender-specific gifts). It is even being said that Nicole has already picked a few boy-names for her baby.
The expectant parents, Nicole and her rocker boyfriend Joel Madden (who were caught shopping in Virgin Megastore in Los Angeles and looking happy) seem to be in a generous mood with all the anticipation. They struck a chord of goodness with their decision to donate most of the gifts to charity through their newly-established Richie Madden Foundation. Nicole is said to feel good about the whole thing and the whole world thinks her gesture was really sweet.
Nicole is even known to have given up smoking as she doesn’t want to play around with the health of her baby.
