So Nicole Ritchie and her 6-week old baby girl are the cover story for People magazine this month with the new mom sharing her experiences and exclusive pictures of Harlow Winter Kate Madden.
The socialite follows in the footsteps of Christina Aguilera in introducing her daughter through the coveted pages of the glossy, which also recently featured Aguilera and her newborn son Max, who incidentally enough was also born on the same day as baby Harlow.
Nicole recounted her experience of being a mom so far saying:
It???s almost like I don???t even remember what life was like before her. She gives life a whole new meaning and a whole new purpose.
With singers Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony also having sold first picture rights to People, the magazine seems to have become the hotspot for debutant celebrity babies. Though the payout to Ritchie for the baby pictures is as yet unknown, we know it hasn???t topped the Lopez-Anthony cheque or else a big brouhaha would have ensued about it already!
