It’s a good day for ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ star Orlando Bloom. Last week the actor was being investigated for possible hit and run charges but D.A. won’t prosecute him for the car crash, which occurred around 2:15 AM on the morning of October 12.
D.A. decided not to prosecute Bloom due to ‘insufficient evidence.’
The accident took place earlier this month that sent two men to the hospital.
According to court documents, four vehicles containing paparazzi and one vehicle containing fans were chasing Bloom and the actor actually moved in an apparent attempt to avoid the paparazzo’s constant chase.
Moreover, there was no evidence of alcohol or drug use.
