Japanese scientists have grown sperm outside the body. Yes. Test tube sperms are here. And you thought sperm banks were making men unnecessary before. Now, it is truly over.
All that scientists need to produce sperm is testicular tissue. They have done it with rats. And as rats go, so do humans.
These happy scientists are advertizing their breakthrough in the scientific journal, Nature.
The last time I checked, no scientist is trying to design an egg in a test tube. And you can be sure that none is working on building a womb outside of the human body.
They are simply interested in making sure that men are no longer necessary. And guess what? Most of these scientists are men.
What better way can a group self – annihilate? So take a good look at me. Soon, there may not be many like me again. What will remain are chains of laboratories full of testicular tissues.
