Hounded by the recent sex scandal involving her school officials, Oprah Winfrey remains calm and poised about the issue. Although she admitted she was affected about the incident, she is looking forward that everything will be fine in time.

Queen-of-talk Oprah said that she has no regrets when she opened a South African girls’ school. Such statement was in relation to the recent event of alleged sexual abuse by the school officials to the students of Oprah’s Leadership Academy for girls.

In her mind when she opened a school, she stressed her only concern is to teach the young girls to become better individuals and equip them with what they need as good people of this world.

Winfrey, 53, believes that the devastating incident will soon has to pass as what transpired will be a lesson to remember.

Earlier, a student at Oprah’s newly opened school made accusations that she was physically and sexually abused by the school officials. Based on reports, the investigation led to the suspension and arrest of the dorm matron.

Oprah felt so sorry to the immediate family of the victims and made a public apology to the parents. She said this incident, just like any other crisis comes as a part of teaching us about life, adding we need to be more careful in the people who we believe in.

As the summer break begins, Oprah is looking for a fresh start in the new school year. She anticipates that the next school year will be a better year for the students.
