A recent report shows that Vancouver-based Terra Nostra Organic has won the Superior Taste Awards from the International Taste and Quality Institute of Brussels for three of its chocolate bars. As per facts Terra Nostra 73% Intense Dark Bar got three stars, Milk Chocolate Truffle Bar got two and Dark Chocolate Raisins and Pecans Bar was awarded one star. As per Karlo Flores, president of Terra Nostra:
What we have been told hundreds if not thousands of times by the most demanding judges (the consumer) has been re-confirmed in a blind test with Europe’s top chefs.
These bars are creative launches in the world of organic, natural foods and they deserve the honors, and the Superior Taste Awards proves that organic foods also taste great.
