Raymundo Ortega, the busboy who seeks $200,000 from Lindsay Lohan has said that he has the proof that the damsel was drunk when she drove her Mercedes-Benz into a van he was driving.
The collision took place in October 2005. Lindsay was trying to escape the paparazzi however; the actress had countersued Ortega alleging that he made an illegal U-turn in Beverly Hills, due to which the collision occurred.
Lohan who was 19 at the time of the crash, has already made her third visit to the rehab this year. She has also served jail sentence and has also been arrested with cocaine possession.
Reports say that Ortega as a proof has a receipt which shows that Lohan and her four friends that afternoon had ordered four Ivy Gimlets at the Ivy restaurant.
