To Penelope Cruz, ‘sexy’ is a boring term. She said, she would rather like her acting talents to be considered rather than her looks.
She seems to be tired of all the attention that have her looks in the center. The 32-year-old actress said:
I don’t pay attention to people calling me sexy. It makes me nervous when people start using labels. It’s boring… I don’t understand why people tend to typecast you.
Well, so far, her acting talents have not been noticed. However, it seems she has done well in her latest flick, ‘Volver’. Talking about the it her ‘Sahara’ co-star, Matthew McConaughey, said that she deserves an Oscar for her performance in the movie.
