Not at all, says his statement that he issued on his blog. Perez Hilton, the famous celebrity blogger said that he can’t take it back. He did what he thought was best at the moment to stand up for himself in a non-violent yet still assertive way.
We all kept on waiting for Hilton’s apology to GLAAD for calling Will.I.Am a “fag” , but the celebrity blogger hasn’t said sorry yet.
Perez in his statement said that he was in an “out-of-the ordinary” situation after Will.I.Am of the Black Eyed Peas physically and verbally assaulted him. In a fir of anger he used the word that otherwise he would have never uttered. It seems that Perez realizes that he has used a wrong word but is still in no mood to apologize.
Maybe he wanted to insult Will.I.Am but ended up in hurting lot of other people and himself. This time I really feel sorry for Perez, the poor blogger is facing a tough time. GLAAD should understand the situation in which he slammed Will.I.Am.and his remarks were for Will.I.Am not the entire gay community.
