Ingredients
Minced Prawns
Mashed Potatoes
Egg Yolks
Salt
Pepper
Ginger Paste
Chopped Onions
All-spice Powder(Cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg)
Method
1. Fry chopped onions, ginger paste, all-spice powder and minced prawns, until brown.
2. Cool the mixture and keep aside.
3. Mix salt, pepper, egg yolks in mashed potatoes. Flatten the mixture on your palms, stuff it with the prawn mixture.
4. Grill the stuffed potato cutlets until brown.
