No matter Joel Madden and girlfriend Nicole Richie are loved by U.S media and rarely their move goes unnoticed. But when it comes to spending some intimate moments far away from the madding crowd, both have decided to spend it in Australia.
The couple’s love for the country was bared when Joel was reported searching for an apartment on the Gold Coast. He plans spending three months every year on the country with fiancee Nicole Richie (hopefully on their first stay Nicole would become her better half).
Joel admitted his love for Australian lifestyle as he said:
People keep saying to us ‘how come you spend so much time down there?’ and I just say that it’s the best place in the world. I’m going to have a look around tomorrow for a place, a nice condo. It’s only one flight man. The lifestyle here is insane.
I also believe that by the time Joel will hunt for the abode and take Richie on three-month vacation to Australia she would become a ‘mommy’ to his baby. Nicole is expecting her first baby with beau Joel. She is due to give birth in January 2008.
Madden and other band members of Good Charlotte were at the Gold Coast Indy to give a performance on Saturday October 20. Expectant Richie was seen supporting Joel at the event and later relaxing in yellow bikini, showing off her six-month baby bump.
Both are still keeping mum on their much-awaited wedding news.
