Nicole Richie has been very unprofessional throughout the shoot for the fifth season of E!‘s reality show The Simple Life, and her unreasonable attitude left the producers with some haunting memories of her antics, a source revealed.
It seems that Nicole wanted to prove that Paris Hilton is not the only one who can take her producers for a spin, and she can be a force to reckon with, if she makes up her mind.
Whatever the reason may be, but the producers of the show definitely had a very bad time because of Nicole’s irresponsible behaviour during the taping of the show’s fifth season. A source revealed that Nicole constantly showed up late for the shoot and would even impose deadlines for the producers saying, “You’ve got me for an hour or two.”
The source further added that the final shoot of the season suffered a lot when Nicole showed up several hours late with beau Joel Madden, and stunned the producers with a near impossible deadline. After a heated bout of words, Nicole agreed to stay on-set after her agents came on the set and interfered in the matter.
Meanwhile, Nicole’s rep has a different story to tell. According to her rep, Nicole was a professional on the set and the season wrapped on time as per schedule.
By the way, the fifth season of The Simple Life will premiere on May 28.
